Terms of Service
Spirited Whiskey is an independent notification service operated by KSOK Enterprise LLC.
Age and eligibility
Alcohol-related release content and enrollment require a server-side 21+ date-of-birth check. We retain only the eligibility result, method and time in an essential session cookie, which expires after 12 hours; we do not retain your full date of birth. SMS enrollment separately records the check result, verification and express consent. Age entry alone does not enroll you or authorize messages. Only U.S. mobile numbers are eligible. Policy pages remain accessible so you can read these terms before entering.
First qualifying alert
When the free-alert offer is enabled, a new normalized, verified U.S. phone number can receive one qualifying drop alert without a card or password. Verification codes do not consume the offer. There is no fixed trial timer. The alert counts after confirmed delivery; uncertain delivery holds eligibility pending review. You must affirmatively purchase the $79/year recurring subscription for future paid alerts. No charge occurs automatically after the free alert. Returning, signing out, replying STOP or START, or changing number formatting does not reset this offer.
SMS Terms
Spirited Whiskey is operated by KSOK Enterprise LLC.
The Spirited Whiskey Marketing SMS program provides requested FWGS Whiskey Release monitoring alerts and the optional subscription invitation described below. With your express consent, we send a requested verification code, an enrollment confirmation, and one complimentary informational monitoring alert. The complimentary alert includes an optional $79/year service-subscription invitation and link. If you later subscribe, you agree to recurring informational monitoring alerts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or email hello@spiritedwhiskey.com. STOP does not cancel subscription billing.

The service
Spirited Whiskey – PA Whiskey Release Alerts monitors only the Pennsylvania Fine Wine & Good Spirits Whiskey Release page. It provides informational alerts about products appearing on that page. It does not sell whiskey, reserve bottles, monitor the entire catalog, or guarantee inventory, purchase opportunities, accuracy, timing, uptime, or message delivery. You must be at least 21 and use your own US mobile number.
Annual subscription
Membership costs $79 USD per year and renews automatically each year at that price until canceled. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can change payment methods or cancel renewal through the billing portal in your membership account. Canceling renewal preserves access through the paid period; access ends when the subscription expires. Failed or overdue payments pause alerts. Unless required by applicable law, payments are nonrefundable; contact support if you believe you were charged in error.
Alerts and account
You are responsible for your account security, phone number, and SMS consent. Monitoring follows the window displayed on the website. Availability changes quickly. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of FWGS restrictions, site changes, network outages, or carriers. Do not rely on alerts as a guarantee. Replying STOP stops texts but does not cancel membership billing.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not misuse verification endpoints, automate abusive requests, share account access, or interfere with the service. We may suspend abusive accounts. Material changes to subscription pricing or terms will be communicated before renewal where required. Contact support for account recovery or disputes.
Independent service
Spirited Whiskey is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board or Fine Wine & Good Spirits. Product names belong to their respective owners.
