Spirited Whiskey is an independent notification service operated by KSOK Enterprise LLC.
Age and eligibility
Alcohol-related release content and enrollment require a server-side 21+ date-of-birth check. We retain only the eligibility result, method and time in an essential session cookie, which expires after 12 hours; we do not retain your full date of birth. SMS enrollment separately records the check result, verification and express consent. Age entry alone does not enroll you or authorize messages. Only U.S. mobile numbers are eligible. Policy pages remain accessible so you can read these terms before entering.
First qualifying alert
When the free-alert offer is enabled, a new normalized, verified U.S. phone number can receive one qualifying drop alert without a card or password. Verification codes do not consume the offer. There is no fixed trial timer. The alert counts after confirmed delivery; uncertain delivery holds eligibility pending review. You must affirmatively purchase the $79/year recurring subscription for future paid alerts. No charge occurs automatically after the free alert. Returning, signing out, replying STOP or START, or changing number formatting does not reset this offer.
The free-alert opt-in disclosure includes one release alert and a brief invitation to subscribe. The FWGS link appears before the invitation. No separate promotional follow-up text is sent. START restores SMS consent where eligible; it does not restore a consumed trial or create paid entitlement.

The Spirited Whiskey Marketing SMS program provides requested FWGS Whiskey Release monitoring alerts and the optional subscription invitation described below. With your express consent, we send a requested verification code, an enrollment confirmation, and one complimentary informational monitoring alert. The complimentary alert includes an optional $79/year service-subscription invitation and link. If you later subscribe, you agree to recurring informational monitoring alerts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or email hello@spiritedwhiskey.com. STOP does not cancel subscription billing.

Spirited Whiskey SMS alerts
With your express consent, Spirited Whiskey sends automated recurring whiskey-release alerts to your verified US mobile number, when a qualifying release wave starts on the FWGS Whiskey Release page. We normally send one heads-up per wave; a later separate wave can create another alert. We also send verification codes requested during setup or account recovery. Message frequency varies with releases and verification requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent
You opt in by completing the age check, checking the SMS consent box, and verifying your number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing whiskey. Spirited Whiskey does not sell whiskey. After the one free qualifying alert, a paid membership is required for future alerts. You may pause texts without canceling your subscription.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to the Spirited Whiskey sender to stop messages. You may receive a final confirmation from Twilio. Reply START to the same sender to resume alerts if your paid membership and verified phone remain eligible. Reply HELP for help or email hello@spiritedwhiskey.com. STOP does not cancel subscription renewal; use your billing portal to cancel.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alerts do not guarantee availability or a successful purchase. Do not enroll a number you do not control. See our Privacy Policy and Terms. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared for third-party marketing.
